My account was suspended without explanation, support never responded, and my $363 was frozen. No proof, no help, no access to my own funds. Be careful this platform is not trustworthy

The user interface is good but the app needs more improvement especially in: Mobile verification should be added as an alternative to google authenticator app,. The order switch from Left to right on the trading menu for spot and derivatives. The trading strategy bots should be launched as well as the fix of the bugs

I have been using Orange X for a while, and it's the most inconvenient and glitch app. I highly recommend you not to use this app. It doesn't work at all. You can't set prices to sell or buy because the app doesn't work well and will make you loss your assets. It's literally a scam application. The customer service also not working.
