Ratings and reviews

It appears this company has gone defunct and no longer accepts/renews subscriptions. multiple attempts to contact customer supports have been met with radio silence. I'm left with a very expensive piece of hardware that still functions as a mouth guard at least, but quite disappointing. With some luck, someone else will buy up this project.

Mouthguard does not work. Sometimes it will not turn on. But even when it does turn on, it won't sync the data to the phone. The battery does not last as long as advertised. You also cannot obtain the fitness files to upload them to a separate app like Strava or Garmin. The only saving grace is that it fits in my mouth quite well. But it's basically a $500 mouthguard that does not do what it's advertised to do.

the orb mouthguard is garbage. to expensive, worked once, then stopped working. I did all the trouble shooting, still doesn't work. the company never answers the phone. the app does nothing to assist in any of this. dont buy, wait a couple more years for a better company to make one without a rx service
