Orbit used to provide a fairly good and reliable service, and I was satisfied with it before. However, recently the service quality has become very poor. The call quality is not clear, the voice keeps breaking up, and most importantly, the call gets disconnected when the phone screen turns off. Request to Add Account Deletion Option Most IP calling apps, such as Alap, Brilliant, AgniTalk, Dial App, and Kothon, allow users to permanently delete their accounts. However, Orbitalk currently has no such option. Please add a Permanent Account Deletion feature as soon as possible so users can have full control over their accounts and personal data. I hope you will address this issue promptly. Otherwise, I may have to raise the matter with BTRC.
