Orbit used to provide a fairly good and reliable service, and I was satisfied with it before. However, recently the service quality has become very poor. The call quality is not clear, the voice keeps breaking up, and most importantly, the call gets disconnected when the phone screen turns off. This has made it very difficult to have a normal conversation. I hope the Orbit team will take these issues seriously and fix them as soon as possible. Voice quality is good. but the main problem is, while talking, after some time, the person on the other side doesn't hear me. It happens almost every time.
