The app worked fine for me, but I couldn't find a single benefit to using it, so Ii uninstalled after a few minutes. You still have to have a code sent to your email, which is a giant hassle. If I can login to my bank account using my fingerprint, it's kind of crazy that I can't do the same with Orderly. Anyway, I tried the app because I read multiple comments on reddit that claimed it was easier than the website. It's now clear that those comments were paid for by Orderly.

The app is garbage. Ive had issue after issue with it. Orderly CS is clueless. They have no clue what they are doing or how to help. I placed an order for my refill yesterday using checkin. I was immediately charged but the app/website didnt update to show the purchase. So I have no way of tracking the order progress. Its still showing my previous order from February and saying I need to check in. Ive reached out to support several times for help and they are incompetent as hell.

Completely inept. Bordering on medical malpractice. They sent me medication but kept sending ads to sign up which was weird. When I told them after 2 months I hadn't lost any weight, They said they would call me. They never did. When I reached out to them again they said they had no record of me. They sent me medication with their name on it but they have no record of me. And I haven't heard from them since despite sending multiple messages via multiple channels. I'm not sure what's next.
