The app worked fine for me, but I couldn't find a single benefit to using it, so Ii uninstalled after a few minutes. You still have to have a code sent to your email, which is a giant hassle. If I can login to my bank account using my fingerprint, it's kind of crazy that I can't do the same with Orderly. Anyway, I tried the app because I read multiple comments on reddit that claimed it was easier than the website. It's now clear that those comments were paid for by Orderly.

App worked great till my meds was delivered. Then instead of it updating to delivered it some how reset. Its now stuck back on Screening in Review. Please fix this! I saw on social media its happened to numerous people. We wont be able to order a refill when the time comes if its not fixed. Ive spoke to numerous Orderly CS reps and none have been any help. Im seriously considering switching providers already.

app is literally unusable. either says no connection or goes into forever loading mode. better off using the desktop site if you have access to a computer. no issues with the actual service provided, I always get my refills delivered quickly and insulated really well. Just the app is trash.
