so I love the idea of this app and for the most part it's fine. It is still very flawed. It will get notes and rhythms wrong constantly. It doesn't recognize repeat signs despite having a toggle for them. It won't let you properly adjust the tempo so it will always be quarter note equals whatever. It will try to read the time signature and base the tempo off that but I would rather set it myself. Overall if you are struggling and need help quick then this will work otherwise stay away.

It depends entirely on the picture. If you use lots of light and make sure the focus is sharp the app will play accurately. Keep the page flat and take the picture from the centre, not too close. The slider along the bottom is the tempo control. Email Support@organumconsulting.com for help.

won't let u use ur flash to make the photo better, the tempo is hard to adjust, won't let you set down on a table and take a photo, doesnt correctly play what's on the page, doesnt pick up every note, the grid thats I think is supposed to help the music be in line doesnt match with the page. its js really difficult in all. the apps an amazing idea but it cant be amazing if it doesnt work

Flash not recommended. Use strong even light and sharp focus. To set tempo exactly go into landscape. The better the photo the better the result. Support@organumconsulting.com

I never review apps but this one is absolutely incredible. I have always had a habit of playing by ear and I'm horrible at sight reading. Being able to hear any piece of sheet music is a game changer for me and has made practicing infinitely more enjoyable (as now I know I'm not practicing something incorrectly between lessons, only to have to re-learn the correct way later)
