The Orient BlackSwan Smart App includes plenty of practice exercises, rich animations, videos, audio support and much more that greatly increases the value of your Orient BlackSwan book.

With this version, we are happy to include features like Augmented Reality Experiences and QR code-based access to digital content. Augmented Reality enables overlaying computer-generated images on top of the physical world to create an entirely new dimension of learning and exploration, while QR-codes (Quick Response codes) provide instant, one-tap access to compatible digital resources.

Note:
1. Augmented Reality and QR code-based scanning are available only on select books and will be expanded to other books as well.
2. Currently, this app is specifically designed to be used with Physical Chemistry: Problems and Solutions. More titles will be added to it.
3. Augmented Reality and QR code-based scanning features use the phone camera to scan for markers on the books. Users are requested to ensure that camera modules on their devices are functional.

the app is not working properly and got stuck when I used to enter the redeem code even though I had tried many ways to redeem it i can't able to finish the redeem code I had also uninstalled the app and installed it again but the same thing is going on and I had also emailed them they were not replying me for several messages except the first one

Third class app. Gets stuck up on installation at 99%. After lot of struggle it got installed. But the registration is awful. The input entries aren't visible while typing and only gets displayed as dots 1 out of 10 tries. In my case only one character got entered for the password. Nothing was coming in the text boxes, in-spite of putting the pointer on the password control (on the focus). At last I gave up and uninstalled this poorly designed and maintained app.

This app is really helpful for the kids. The way the content is digitized and presented through the app is quite commendable. Parents doesn't need to get involved with the kids to go through the lessons, as the stuffs presented in the book are so interactive and intuitive for the kids to understand properly. And a big shout-out to the App support team, as the team is really prompt in responding and helping on the queries we raise. Thanks for providing this digital platform.
