HELO is a mobile application for patients seeking orthodontic treatment. Contains a knowledge base on orthodontics, medical recommendations and optional treatment methods; answers to frequently asked questions, common tips and information, and a comic book for children. Immediately after installation, Helo works as an orthodontic practice search engine by zip code. It allows you to contact a selected doctor who meets the requirements and will respond positively to the inquiry sent. To save time, the HELO user fills in a questionnaire related to his condition, needs, attaches photos taken with the help of the application and sends a ready inquiry to the practice. After the initial assessment, the doctor sends an invitation to visit. The patient and the doctor are thus better prepared for the visit. The user of the application provides the selected practice, at his own discretion, contact details to make an appointment. HELO cooperates with the website www.helo-ortho.com.pl and supports hybrid orthodontic phased treatment. Hybrid, i.e. one that is most effective, economical and adjusted to the patient. The system is based on the Ortonet practice management program (www.ortonet.systems) and models visualizing the DDP-Ortho Lite - Orthodontist defect. HELO supports the communication between the doctor and the patient during treatment after pairing with a QR code. The patient receives current, specially prepared information, recommendations, questions, questionnaires and requests to take photos documenting the course of treatment. Remote communication contributes to the efficient assessment of the course of treatment with the reduction of personal visits and costs. This is how you save time, optimize the work of the office and increase the patient's safety through easier and quick communication with the practice and the possibility of immediate reaction to various events.
