Great free Scrabble game for 1-2 players. You can get hints on words to play and be told what the highest scoring word you can play or just have the game tell you what the best word was after you play w/out help. AI opponent has many levels. You can edit the allowable words + change the boards look. The game also keeps statistics on each player over time.

One of the better scrabble apps out there if you don't care to play online. It's a little unpolished and slow, but it's not bloated with unnecessary features or flashy UI. You can set the difficulty on a 1-10 scale and choose from a few different board layouts, both very nice features. Definitely miles better than the mainstream scrabble apps right now!

This is a beautiful game, but it has problems. The animations are smooth and beautiful, but very slow and you can't turn them off. Some obviously useful features are missing. You must double tap to shuffle your tiles, but there is a ton of empty space between the Hint and Swap buttons and in and around the scorebox. Plenty of room for a shuffle button. When the computer wins, you can't see the final score. The potential score of a word only stays there for two seconds. Out of characters...
