As others stated, it is not "included" with your insurance. Expect a $200 bill. The care I received was excellent, so I'm not complaining about the bill. The app isn't great. I can't download my medical records or active orders. The app asks for storage permissions to download the attachments but there is no option to enable storage permission.

I got suggested like 5 things to try simmultaneously and some of them made my symptoms worse. I spent hundreds on supplements only to see no improvement. I saw an NP, a dietician who put me on a low fodmap diet, and a gut brain specialist who just recommended breathing exercises and meditation. My NP went on leave and i saw a different one who suggested I use beano and other extremely generic things. in 6 months, I made no progress on my issues and am canceling because it is a waste of money.

I have access to a team of nutritionist, behavioral health, and physician that are available for questions every day and whom I meet regularly in online appointments that I set to fit into my schedule. They see each other's notes so I do not have to repeat myself. They ask good questions and reply with useful information. I don't know how I could get better care!
