oshi health would've been great if im not paying an arm and a leg just for a 5 to 10 minute session. . There is a lot of things I want to inform that I want to point out from my GERD and gagging experiences, but felt that the sessions are rushed and doesnt last longer for 30 minutes. I tried eating different types of foods and tried to relax but the would not stop. Looking to find someone else that can help me out.

As others stated, it is not "included" with your insurance. Expect a $200 bill. The care I received was excellent, so I'm not complaining about the bill. The app isn't great. I can't download my medical records or active orders. The app asks for storage permissions to download the attachments but there is no option to enable storage permission.

I don't understand the negative reviews. My experience so far is great. I emailed about costs before joining & they were upfront; most is covered by my insurance. The app is also very easy to use. While the process requires staying responsive to requests, including filling out all info in advance, confirming appointments & watching a video, that makes sense for complex care. During my 1st visit, I felt heard by a thorough provider. Impressed with the platform & will update as I continue.
