As others stated, it is not "included" with your insurance. Expect a $200 bill. The care I received was excellent, so I'm not complaining about the bill. The app isn't great. I can't download my medical records or active orders. The app asks for storage permissions to download the attachments but there is no option to enable storage permission.

My insurance suggested I try Oshi when I said my GERD was not well managed. I was very excited and impressed with their website and initial startup. However, there was some misunderstanding with insurance coverage and Oshi has since just ghosted me. No response to text (when previously they were prompt), no response chat on app and no call back after I left a message. Thanks for reminding me of how broken the American health care system is.

absolutely horrible experience they are just behind getting money from you. its always better to consult a regular dietitian- 2 sessions and i am done with this company will never recommend.
