Scanning and text recognition happen on your device, and you do not need an account to scan or subscribe. Only the optional PRO features that use our servers (cloud backup, Word/Excel to PDF, AI tools and share links) need sign-in, and they send only what you choose after you agree. Send a PDF to your computer over local Wi-Fi without the cloud, lock the app with device authentication, and keep password-protected PDFs encrypted.
LANGUAGES
The app speaks English, Korean, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil) and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). Text recognition reads English and other Latin-script languages, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.

PageBeam PRO is a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. A lifetime option is a one-time purchase that unlocks the on-device tools only; cloud backup, Word/Excel to PDF, AI tools and share links need a subscription. Payment is handled by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions. Prices and eligible trials are shown before purchase.
