You can keep track of items easily like supplies, output and bag changes. You can write notes to help you to remember what it was like at that moment. So far this is the only app that tracks everything. Very easy to set up and use. Changes I would love to see in the future For output amount, bag 1/4, 1/3, 1/2. There is oz, cc, and ml. For output consistency, I would like the scale, it's not there, or to change the buttons. I make them work, but you could improve the app.

LOVE THIS APP!! ostobuddy has been a lifeline! i can easily keep track of my supplies and deliveries - notifying me of when I'm low on items. I can easily track my output and the app alerts me on high volume output days, so I can take the extra measures to keep hydrated. also, if my doctor has a question about my skin or stoma, there's a place to upload those pics on wafer change days. highly recommend to new and old ostomates alike!
