Ratings and reviews

It was great, until it wasn't. The app does well at tracking driving usually. Occasionally it will drop out during drives or tell me after a drive is completed that there was an issue & the data is gone. It also will tell me what weather my son is driving in but not assign the badge for it. What I HATE most is the login! The biometric login never works & if I ever input the wrong password, instantly locked out for 5 minutes. There is no safe number of tries & it's never just "5 minutes."

It's a great concept but the app has been very glitchy lately. I've been needing to uninstall and reinstall it each time in order to use it, so usually can't log a drive in real time when the app won't open. Then I have to wait until the next day to log drive time since it can't be logged the same day.

Dont expect any help from Customer Service!!! They haven't replied to emails or calls for help. My son used the app to complete his 50 hours of drive time. Now that I want to download the driving log, it won't let me. It takes me to a BLANK affidavit every single time. Using the app was a waste. He now has to manually transfer all the app data into paper. Don't waste your time with this app! It's too new and needs a lot of improvement. Sometimes it logged an afternoon drive as nighttime hours
