Dont expect any help from Customer Service!!! They haven't replied to emails or calls for help. My son used the app to complete his 50 hours of drive time. Now that I want to download the driving log, it won't let me. It takes me to a BLANK affidavit every single time. Using the app was a waste. He now has to manually transfer all the app data into paper. Don't waste your time with this app! It's too new and needs a lot of improvement. Sometimes it logged an afternoon drive as nighttime hours

I can never log in! I constantly get an "invalid password" even after resetting the password. Sometimes, after I close the app and then reopen it, im magically logged in. when ever I can finally get logged in, more than half the time, the app says I dont have a student linked when I absolutely do! I am constantly locked out even though I am entering in the correct information! my husband and my son both have these exact issues!

Decent app with one major flaw. My biggest complaint is that it is constantly logging me out. Every day or two I need to log back in - not ideal for when you want to start logging a drive quickly. My teen likes that it gives her a score after each drive. she likes to try for a 10/10 every time - so there's motivation for her to drive safely.
