Excited for the app, but no longer. I installed the app to create the driving log for my daughter. Invite was sent and accounts created. Started working well, but app was not able to confirm my daughter's information, which was written as it was in the permit. Then the driving hours disappeared, and she is no longer listed in the app. A piece of paper seems to be better than the app.

Signed up with my grandson as my student. System initially couldn't verify him even with all info correct. We started driving for a few days, everything looked good, then next time I logged in it said I didn’t have any students and my grandson's ap said he didn't have any drives logged. Called the support, left a messge. It says they will respond within 48 hours. It's been 3 days. Ap still says no students and I get an error when trying to reinvite my grandson. Back to the spreadsheet!

signed up to log driving with my son we added in driving we had already done. a few days later he's completely gone from my account. I've sent text messages and emails for support but have got no information. very poor functionality for something our state is recommending.
