About this app

OurBus Driver & Crew is the official companion app for OurBus drivers and OurBus crew. It puts your assigned trips, stop timings, and passenger bookings in one place, so you can spend less time on paperwork and phone calls and more time on the road.

Sign in with the account issued by your operations team, pick up your assigned trip, and run it end to end from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Secure sign-in
- Log in with your OurBus driver or crew credentials
- Role-based access, so you only see the tools relevant to your job
- Stay signed in across shifts on your own device

Trip management
- See the trips assigned to you, with route and schedule details
- Start a trip when you're ready to roll and end it when the run is complete
- Follow your progress against the planned schedule as you go

Stop-by-stop tracking
- Mark departed and arrived at every stop on the route
- Timings are captured as they happen and shared with operations
- Accurate stop data means more reliable updates for passengers waiting down the line

Onboard bookings for crew
- Create bookings for passengers directly from the app
- Capture trip, boarding stop, drop-off stop, and passenger details in a few taps
- Confirm a seat without leaving the bus or calling dispatch

This app is intended for OurBus drivers and OurBus crew. A valid driver or crew account issued by OurBus is required to sign in. It is not a passenger booking app — if you are a traveler looking to book a seat, please use the main OurBus app or website.
