Ratings and reviews

While I would usually give this app a 3- or 4-star rating, it gets 1-star because of the continual pop up notifications telling you to share the service with friends. That is just so annoying. Also, they group all the notifications so you can't just turn off the ads without losing the others. As far as the rest of the app goes, it's fine, but could use improvements. The app constantly signs you out which is annoying. Bus tracking had worked only about 1 out of 7 trips. But all tickets show up.

My husband and I got tickets from a candy store in 85 & 3rd Ave, they never added our names to their system and that was a nightmare. It's was horrible, never do it again. This trip was from NYC to AC, May 27, 2023 and back from AC to NYC. Disgusting

Bad policy/CustService. I had to refund a bus ticket, which I was only able to transfer into "ourbus credits."(ourbus credits not redeemable). This was fine since I wanted to change my bus ticket anyways but when I went to go checkout it hadn't used any of my credits and instead took it out of my debit card. It said that I needed to activate my points by sending an email to my account. I tried reaching customer service but they were no help and now I'm left with 127 dollars sitting in an app...
