I don't know why this app has so many bad reviews. I saw many saying they worked in IT and couldn't figure out the setup. Please find a new job. I had zero issues with the setup process. I paid for the plus version so the kids could use the app manager to organize their apps so they wouldn't be jumbled Everytime the apps were removed when time was up. the only suggestion I have is to be able to give time to a certain app instead of all the ones that aren't blocked.

I'm a Premium Plus member. The app worked well at first, but when I ran into technical issues, the support was terrible. They repeatedly sent me links to the same troubleshooting page I had already tried. when I explained those solutions didn't work and asked for another option, they stopped responding entirely. Good idea for an app but customer service is basically non-existent when you actually need help. Don't get caught paying by the year!

We're on day 2 of using this app and am so far pretty disappointed. Install was annoying and wasn't a simple download an app. I had tousea computer and overall it took way longer than I planned. It doesn't show real time tracking. If my kids are on the go, I can't see where they are until they've stopped and been there for a few minutes. It's also not accurate. It tracks them to an area not an exact location.
