So we had major troubles getting the app paired to our kids android phones and but finally did, we have since tried to add tablets and have been having MAJOR issues with the pairing option. I am about ready to go back to family link because this issue is driving me us crazy. We love the screen shot features but our kids needed phone updates and now we can't even get their new phones paired either. The install should NOT be this difficult.

Do not download this app. All it does is freeze on your device and it takes 10+ minutes to block the content on my child's device. On top of that, it takes so long to block or unblock a specific app that all I could use was the 'block all' button without getting frustrated. Overall a nuisance in my life. EDIT: I've tried everything to make it stop. Clearing out my storage, debugging my phone, messing with settings, redownloading, ect. Nothing changes.

Ever since upgrading to premium, my child has been able to use apps that are specifically blocked on the parent side, like you tube (android phones). This makes the money that I am paying useless. On the free version, he can't use his camera and gallery to take pictures for school assignments. Which is why I upgraded to premium. Considering not keeping the app at all. I have wasted almost $15, plus countless hours arguing with him. Not worth my time or money at this point. Very disappointed.
