Love this app normally, baring some small UX issues around searching and tagging, it's great. But suddenly today it's bugging out completely on both my devices (Pixel and Samsung) and I can't use the app at all one one and can't access audiobooks on either. Bugs suck but it's also poor form to release updates just before a long weekend...

Horrible app. If I could give this zero stars I would. What kind of horrid coding is this? The app keeps asking me to verify my card and fails to verify it! It just sends me back and forth uselessly. And this wasn't even the first time! The book I've been waiting for forever suddenly gets added to the collection and then this happens! I'm now 20th in line, thank you very much :(

This app has two major problems, and they combine to make using this app extremely frustrating at unpredictable intervals. 1) Anytime you hit a prompt in any menu, there's about a 70% chance that it doesn't work and it just closes the menu. 2) When using this on tablet, the app may or may not actually download anything it's told to download. If it doesn't, there is no way to force it to. I've closed the app, restarted the tablet, restarted wifi. I lose days of checkout time to this. Routinely.
