OvrC ("oversee") is a remote management and monitoring service for professional integrators of power, audio/visual, networking, and surveillance products. Works with products from brands like WattBox, Araknis Networks, and Luma. Ratings and reviews

I use it almost daily, for work. The app has definitely been improving over the last year or two, but it's still cumbersome at times. I end up on the website mostly. ¹ naming ports on switches, power products, etc. Doesn't save most of the time. ² sending updates via the mobile app, less than half the time do updates take successfully. This percentage is less if you try to tag consecutive devices for updates. ³ managed switch advanced port changes have a "select all" option would be great.

this app is so buggy and horribly optimized. it takes several minutes to get to any semblance of functionality to assist my clients and usually they're getting impatient by this time. in short, I recommend this app about as much as I recommend the rest of snapAV junk

OVRC is a great application especially paired with an OVRC pro device. I had a little trouble with MAC inputs as a device has to touch the internet before OVRC can register it. I havent been able to get OVRC to initiate firmware update for devices, i had to manually update. Up to the minute notification when a device goes offline, cant beat that. Easy way to keep different clients under constant monitoring.
