I really enjoy the content and structure of this app and with some adjustments it would be 5 stars. I've found that the app will only save a workout when I complete it, go back to the home screen, say continue workout and then complete again. The 2nd time I get an option for a cooldown at which point if I hit complete it will save most of the time. I will still sometimes open it and find that NY entire workout was lost and will be given that workout as my daily.

I've seen this app grow since the beginning and throughout my long fitness journey the ups and downs... This app has been there for me. The food is amazing, it gives the macros, and counts them for you. You can make a grocery shopping list, and have so many workout plan options that always inspires you do something. They have a diverse set of plans that really pushes you and when the gym is packed for a specific day I can count on this app to find me a new workout. 10/10 recommend

I love the layout of the workouts. I really enjoy the videos in multiple different areas so I can quickly see them or see them during the workout. I also love that the videos do not overlap lap my music, unlike a lot of other workout programs I've tried! Found Hannah through Instagram and after a long while of having the app downloaded, I finally pulled the trigger. Two months in, I couldn't be happier!
