I have had my Xs1 for just over a year and I have had numerous issues with the machine. The first being an extremely delayed shipping process. Then within a month of using it, a motor malfunctioned and had to be replaced. After that there have been multiple software issues that cause the machine to be inoperable. Most recently, the machine encountered an error that caused the deck of the unit to be non-functional. They offer no extended warranties and the app is cumbersome at best.

Still has too many bugs. Needs hotfix. It's not showing progress results anymore. Creating and saving custom updates gets buggy. Sometimes it saves and Sometimes it doesn't.
