About this app

OxyKonut is a personnel application designed for field teams of companies managing residential complexes and housing estates. Security guards, technical personnel, and site managers manage resident requests, apartment handover processes, payment notifications, and announcements from their phones.

REQUEST (WORK ORDER) TRACKING
• See all assigned, open, and requested tasks in a single list
• Priority and category sorting: technical, security, cleaning, accounting
• Process, resolve, and close requests; Every step is recorded
• Communicate with the rest of the team on the same record by writing a comment
• Get instant notifications when a new request is assigned to you

SOLUTION PHOTO
• Take a photo on-site showing that the work is completed and add it to the request
• The request cannot be closed without adding a photo (this rule can be enabled/disabled on a site basis)
• See the photos added by the resident when opening the request

APARTMENT DELIVERY / ACCEPTANCE
• Create a delivery report upon tenant entry and exit
• Photograph the condition of the apartment
• Add items such as boiler, paint, kitchen cabinets to the checklist and mark them as sound/problematic
• Record damages and deficiencies with their description

APARTMENTS
• Quick search by apartment code or name
• Apartment status, tenant, outstanding debts and recent requests
• Direct delivery or request initiation through the apartment

PAYMENT NOTIFICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
• View payment notifications submitted by residents with receipts, approve or reject them by writing a reason
• View site announcements, If you have the authority, publish a new announcement.

AUTHORIZATION
The application works in direct accordance with your permissions in the administration panel. Which sections you can see and which actions you can perform are determined by your company; personnel with only viewing permission cannot modify records.

WHY ARE PERMISSIONS REQUIRED?
• Camera and photos: only to add request resolution photos and apartment handover photos.
• Notification: only to notify you when a request is assigned to you.

IMPORTANT
• This application is not for residents. Residents use the OxyHome application for dues, debts, and requests. • Accounts are defined by the management company you work with; the application does not.
• The application is free, there are no in-app purchases.
