Ratings and reviews

They deleted all my cards, blocked my account as if "for verification", and blocked all transactions. I have provided everything they require several times, but the account is still on hold and support is not responding. Looks like a scam. I don't recommend anyone to deal with them. You risk being left without money. Update: nobody answered my email.

I have a Plus plan. About a month ago, Ozan stopped processing all payments on my Ozan SuperCard. Now I am unable even to change the PIN. Can't withdraw my money or make any payment. I can't change my phone number either; the SMS messages don't arrive. All in all, it looks like a rip-off.

Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum, hakkımı da helal etmiyorum. My account has been suspended without any explanation and my money is stuck. I have been in contact with the company for 3 months but all they say is "soon we will solve the problem" that's all. I strongly not recommend this app.
