Ratings and reviews

When they stay connected they do the job well. But I have so many issues with the sound just cutting out (the app says it's searching for the buds) and even having to re-pair them to my phone for no discernible reason. With my first pair, I worked with the dev team to try to sort it out, but even with a new pair, I had the same issues. They are really not ready for prime time.

Love this product and the updates! However, I'm not a fan of the "slot machine" when you're setting the alarm time. I'd like the option to type, particularly given the fact that it doesn't roll over when setting the minute, so if you have to go to the opposite side of the hour, it's a pain in the a$$.

the headphones are ok, good at noise cancelling, relatively comfortable. the app is not very good. the sleep tracking isn't extremely accurate as far as when I'm awake or asleep, but i do like keeping track of my sleep and it's ok as a sleep log. I would like to see more personalized sleep advice and different sounds like binaural beats. also there is a 2 hour limit on the sleep timer, and I wish there was more freedom to adjust that.
