Ratings and reviews

The app seems great, but I keep having technical issues. I couldn't find anywhere on the app to reach out so I guess I will leave it in this review. Whenever I try zooming out or panning the map, the whole screen goes gray and I have to restart the app. It is bad enough that I will not be continuing this service, but I might check back in the future to see if you fixed it. It would also be nice to see warnings for major congestion from events. Also, 7day free trial is broken and I was charged.

OZZI helped me avoid the evacuation zone of a gas leak in a neaby neighborhood!! This app seriously helps me when I’m driving around doing deliveries as my 2nd, part time job. Uber app does not notify you of such events to avoid when in route. This feature is super beneficial amongst others. Thanks for looking out OZZI!!
