About this app

KeyForge generates strong passwords directly on your device — no internet connection required, ever.

Choose from four generation styles to match how you use passwords:

Random — classic high-entropy passwords with full control over length, character pools (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols), and options to avoid visually similar characters
Readable — word-based passwords that are easier to type or remember, with separators and optional capitalization
Passphrase — multiple random words joined by a separator, ideal for master passwords or anywhere length beats complexity
PIN — numeric codes from 4 to 12 digits
Your privacy is built into the design:

Generated passwords are never saved, logged, or stored anywhere
No network permission — the app cannot send data even if it wanted to
No account required, no ads, no analytics
A real-time strength meter estimates the entropy of every password so you can see exactly how strong your choices are.

KeyForge is a generator, not a password manager. Use it alongside your favorite password manager to create credentials you can trust.
