This app is the specialist companion app for the pacing apps on your Garmin watch. It helps you keep track of your vital signs,
better understand your exercise limits and optimise your energy management (pacing) in everyday life.
Precise visualisation for your energy management:
Pacing graphs: Visualise your heart rate, stress levels and BodyBattery as graphs to identify correlations between activity and post-exertional malaise (PEM).
AI analysis (subscription feature):
Analyse trends over days and weeks with AI support – the app processes your data locally and sends anonymised
fitness metrics to OpenAI (GPT-4o mini) for evaluation. The integrated support chat answers your questions about pacing. Both features are
optional and require a monthly or annual subscription.
PDF report export:
Generate a detailed PDF report of your data with a single click – ideal for documenting your progress or for sharing with your
healthcare professional.
Data protection & privacy:
Trust is particularly important when it comes to sensitive health data:
- No account, no tracking: We do not store any personal data on our own servers and do not display any adverts.
- Local core functions: All basic functions (graphs, PDF export) process data exclusively locally on your device.
- AI functions (optional, subscription): When using AI analysis or the support chat, anonymised fitness data or your chat messages are transferred to
OpenAI (USA). The transfer is encrypted in accordance with EU Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR). OpenAI does not use this data
to train AI models. Your explicit consent will be sought before first use.
- Network protection: Connections to the AI services are secured via Cloudflare (USA).
