The app is easy to use. I can book my BackHug session anytime and anywhere. I can also adjust the strength settings and program using the app when I am on the BackHug machine which is amazing. I already feel a positive difference in the condition of my back after just one session. Recommended.

It would be nice if I could see a more detailed body map and target certain areas easier but as a whole the machine is amazing and the ease of use with the app is great. If you have any back or neck issues then I highly recommend BackHug
