Rallio Arena is your padel venue's operation, in your hand.
It is built for one posture: you are on the floor, not at the desk. A player is standing
in front of you asking for a court. A game tonight is two seats short. The 14:00 hour is
still empty. Rallio Arena opens on exactly that.
TODAY, WITH THE MONEY IN VIEW
Home leads with occupancy today, revenue today, games tonight and open seats, then the
occupancy curve hour by hour so you can see the valley before it happens. Last seven days
shows booked against cancelled and your cancel rate. Everything is your arena's real data
— no summaries you have to go and assemble.
PRIORITY ACTIONS, RANKED BY WHAT THEY COST
The venue's to-do list writes itself: games with unsold seats (with the seat maths — 3 x
EUR 12 = up to EUR 36), unsold court gaps with their duration, and reviews waiting on an
answer. Each row carries the action that fixes it — share the game link, post a story,
create a match into the gap, or spin up an off-peak discount rule for that exact time
window. When there is nothing to chase, it says so.
THE SCHEDULE BOARD, ON A PHONE
A seven-day strip and a full court-by-court board in 30 or 60 minute steps. Bookings,
open games, coach sessions, private hires, blocked slots and maintenance are each their
own thing at a glance. Tap any slot to open it; tap an empty one to book it.
WALK-INS AND PHONE BOOKINGS
Take the booking while the player is still standing there. Pick courts, time and price,
and it lands on the same board as everything else. Reserve blocks for coaches, block
slots for maintenance, and set staged auto-release rules so unsold time opens up to the
right audience at the right moment instead of sitting idle.
GAMES AND MATCHES YOU ACTUALLY RUN
Create open games and club matches, set format, level, capacity and price per seat, and
watch the roster fill. Open a player from a roster row to see their profile — and message
them, which only a venue can do. Games crawled from other listings are shown read-only,
clearly marked, with a link back to the source.
TOURNAMENTS, CAMPS AND EVENTS
Three separate views with forms tailored to each. Build a tournament and its draw, run a
camp, publish a one-off event, and manage entries from the same phone you use on the
floor.
COURTS AND PRICING
Add and edit courts — type, surface, features, peak and off-peak rates, bookable online,
maintenance mode. Rate court wetness after rain so players know what they are walking
onto. Set pricing and discounts, and see how each of your rate bands sits against the
local market: nearby arenas in your city, hour by hour, with the demand peaks that
justify a higher peak rate.
THE PLAYER-FACING SIDE OF YOUR VENUE
Keep the arena profile players see current — logo, cover, photo gallery, address,
opening hours, contact and amenities. Answer reviews publicly across courts, facilities,
staff and value. Post to your social feed. Build an Instagram or Facebook story for
tonight's open game in Story Studio and share it in seconds. Log found items with a
retention window; unclaimed ones show on your arena page so players can spot their own.
ONE ACCOUNT, TWO SURFACES
Everything here is the same login and the same arena as the Rallio arena console on the
web. Manage more than one venue and you can switch between them in the app. Roles are
respected — staff only see the pages their permissions include. Interface in English and
Lithuanian, light and dark.
BUILT FOR THE LITHUANIAN PADEL MARKET
Rallio covers padel courts across Lithuania, including venues that are not ours. Players
find you there; you run the venue here.
Rallio Arena is for arena staff only. Players have their own Rallio app, and coaches have
theirs. A Rallio arena account is required — accounts are created by invitation from the
arena owner.
Today's occupancy, revenue and every hour that's costing money — on one screen.
