Enjoyed uaing the App but now it's has many issues, very buggy, and I've had numerous problems that support have been quick to resolve, but tbh it needs to fix out the issues as the user experience is not good compared to the competition.

Pretty buggy and slow app. Takes ages to load centres. You can press to view slots available on a day, then choose your centre, then have to go back to that day again to find the slots. Joining on another team takes you to a pay window which then joins you onto the team you didn't choose to be on.

Horrifically anti consumer. I'll ask the centers I play at if some other service can be used. Refund fee. No easily accessible cancel option. You need to fill your profile and give extra personal information before you can even use all profile features, such as cancellation.
