About this app

PadRoute is an Australian truck navigation and heavy vehicle route planner for drivers who want to check road access, bridge clearances, route conditions and recent stop reports before they commit.

Choose from vehicle presets built from NHVR vehicle definitions, including B-double, road train and PBS combinations. PadRoute shows mapped bridge clearances against your selected vehicle height, highlights low or uncertain clearances on the map, and keeps source details close when they are available.

Use PadRoute to:

- View heavy vehicle access for your selected combination
- Check bridge clearances and height restrictions on the map
- Find truck stops, rest areas, service stations, public weighbridges and inspection sites
- Read recent driver reports before you pull in
- Review route conditions, restrictions and sections that need driver review
- Get active guidance warnings as access changes ahead
- Trace access and clearance information back to source details where available

PadRoute uses downloaded public network and transport data to help you review routes, clearances and conditions. Downloaded copies are not legally authorised and cannot define authorised routes. The NHVR National Network Map remains the legal source. PadRoute is independent and is not affiliated with NHVR.
