Lie, lies, lies, false advertising to the max... how do u have a commercial that advertises that credit doesn't matter however when u apply they deny you for something on ur credit from years ago they charge you $19 background fee but deny u so fast and when call customer service they are rude and don't even want to explain why u got denied when according their commercial it's not based on credit. I smell class action lawsuits

App seemed very clean until it said it required an update, which is strange when I only installed it minutes ago. After a moment the app crashes, and will not open properly again. I'd rather use the website to manage my booking.

Customer service sucks. They said my problem would be resolved in 24-48 hours, it has been 4 days now and counting...problem still not fixed and now I can't move into a new padsplit room until proble is resolved. I also put in a maintenance request for my padsplit, my host ignored me, I told customer service, they said I could either move out or transfer...good luck to whomever moves into that house after me.
