NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT AVAILABLE from developers. Poor / Useless / Unreliable THIRD CLASS APPLICATION. To clear history, test, etc., there is no 4-digit password available as required. It does not detect devices for remote monitoring, no matter how many times you scan (Voltronic settings for communication with inverters). SHEER WASTE of time & effort to configure for WiFi / Remote Monitoring (DJDC DONGJIN LiFePo4 battery - ANOTHER HOPELESS PRODUCT)

The app is okay. I use it with am eco worthy 48v 314ah battery and although it seems to disconnect fairly often, it usually connects when you restart the app. Good for monitoring the battery while Im away from home. however, the past 5 days or so it seems that the servers have gone offline so only the local Bluetooth connection works

The app works sometimes. Sometimes it doesn't work. There are hours of the day it refuses to work. Setting it up to work remotely is difficult. I find its use erratic given that I recently bought solar equipment that needs its proper functioning.
