Serious my experience with app its not good especially most driver don't anything about the wallet hence when they reach to my destination they cancelled the trip while at the same time my wallet is deducted and the end of the trip they will request me again to pay the fare ....which lead me to pay twice.please improve this.

You guys seriously need to train the drivers who sign up. I repeatedly got people from my drop off location accepting instead of my pick up location I even thought I had made a mistake until someone correctly accepted the request I asked him If he knew where to come and he said the location then I asked him how my request looked and he read it out for me which means I had put the information correctly but why did more that 4 of your drivers get the opposite idea? Was it a glitch or what.

This app is a scam. The GPS is not accurate, which led us to be charged for a 70km ride opposed to the actual 10km ride. This meant that the price was over 3 times what it should have been. Never use this app!!!
