• Start the day with selfie and geo-attendance
• View today's complaints, AMC visits, repair jobs, installations, inspections and preventive-maintenance work
• Check priority, SLA, customer, site and asset details before travelling
• Start travel, follow the route and update the visit status

WORK ON THE RIGHT ASSET
• Reach the customer site and verify the visit with a customer OTP
• Scan the asset QR code or serial number
• Review asset details, AMC coverage and service history
• Complete the checklist required for the job

RECORD WHAT REALLY HAPPENED
• Add the reported problem, diagnosis, action taken and solution
• Capture before-and-after photos and other job evidence
