This app is absolutely HORRIBLE! Nothing loads, there's constantly a "please wait" message popping up for 10+ seconds every single time you click on something, every survey I get emailed about says that the link is invalid or expired and the survey doesn't show in the app! Quite honestly, this app is terrible, but at least it let me delete my account, unlike the website, which was even worse with load times.

I have been a member for more than 6 years. The problem is have with them is when the points get pushed into review and it stays like that for a while, until eventually it expires and get transfered to coins. I currently have more than 14000 points in review since last year October which isn't on. I spend time on those surveys when I couldve done something else.

it's very slow kindly fix , and from past month , when i start survey it's takes around 20 min and i answer all but suddenly it's tells ,sorry survey ended then why did the survey wasted my 20min , kindly fix these issues and from last 3 months ,still points are under review!
