This app is absolutely HORRIBLE! Nothing loads, there's constantly a "please wait" message popping up for 10+ seconds every single time you click on something, every survey I get emailed about says that the link is invalid or expired and the survey doesn't show in the app! Quite honestly, this app is terrible, but at least it let me delete my account, unlike the website, which was even worse with load times.

I have been a member for more than 6 years. The problem is have with them is when the points get pushed into review and it stays like that for a while, until eventually it expires and get transfered to coins. I currently have more than 14000 points in review since last year October which isn't on. I spend time on those surveys when I couldve done something else.

It is a total waste of time. Firstly the app and website are damn slow. Then they will send multiple notifications to complete the surveys ASAP Once you start the survey, the loading speed of the webpage and even the app is like a dial-up modem of the 90s. It takes forever to load The second level scam is, once you answer a few initial questions like what is the animal, what is the day after Sunday, the screening questions, they drop you off the survey. This is from Day 1 of installing the app
