This app is absolutely HORRIBLE! Nothing loads, there's constantly a "please wait" message popping up for 10+ seconds every single time you click on something, every survey I get emailed about says that the link is invalid or expired and the survey doesn't show in the app! Quite honestly, this app is terrible, but at least it let me delete my account, unlike the website, which was even worse with load times.

I completed several surveys on Planet Station and spent my time answering them honestly. Unfortunately, the points for some completed surveys were never credited to my account. In some cases, the surveys showed as completed, but the rewards did not appear even after waiting for a long time. I contacted support regarding the missing points, but the issue has still not been resolved. It is disappointing when users invest their time and effort and do not receive the rewards they earned. Joined The Panel Station many many years ago, have always tried to find out about an app available and each time something became available, it was delays, problems & issues with the app! I've recently downloaded this one again, hoping something might have changed, but no such luck! I can't log in with my credentials and even just trying to register in order to create a new profile, is completely impossible (keeps on kicking you out!) Have to give up on this one once and for all!
