This was my first time ordering from Pan Home, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The item arrived already unboxed and was not properly wrapped or protected. On top of that, the box was dented, which made it look like a returned or mishandled product. I expected better packaging and quality control, especially for a first-time customer. This experience has made me lose confidence in ordering from them again.

App has many bugs. After it cancelled my payment transaction for no reason, it adds extra stuff randomly to the cart. I almost paid double price and got stuff that I don't need. I had to check multiple times if I deleted everything that the app added.

This caused a dangerous situation as fine glass fragments mixed with the food and were accidentally swallowed, putting my family’s health at risk.
