PANSaathi is an integrated app for PAN SEEDS teams that combines seed production management and demand generation CRM in a single platform. It connects production, sales and marketing workflows from planning to execution across web and mobile, with role-based access for PAN SEEDS employees and field partners.

End-to-end production planning
Plan Kharif and Rabi production based on sales targets fetched from ERP via APIs
Auto-calculate PS/FS requirements, acreage and risk-adjusted raw production for each product and season
Locations, organizers and growers
Allocate production to locations using Production Location Master and historical performance/risk factors
Select organizers, allocate FS/PS to them and map TFS and growers with clear geography hierarchy
Add growers via mobile or web, with unique GrowerIDs and support for bulk Excel upload/download for ERP
Field monitoring and quality
Structured crop- and phase-wise monitoring journeys (VSP/HSP Paddy, wheat, mustard, vegetables etc.)

MDOs submit activity plans for TSM approval; managers can partially or fully approve and allow amendments
