Great app, used to use hardfox but this beats hardfox. The display stays on during use. You can still listen to your own music whilst running the app. Only thing it needs is a verbal countdown with no music. If you use hardfox then you will probably find this one to be better. Its free so that brings ads but for 69p you can go ad free.
I programmed it for 1 minute prep time in order to do multiple rounds of HIIT with a 1 minute break between rounds. The music does not play after the first round unless I go into settings and reprogram the songs and resave. This defeats the purpose of precisely timed HIIT circuits. The app needs a simple additional "number of rounds" option with a default which stops at the end of the first round if it is not changed.
This is better than counting your reps yourself. I rather not think about how many reps I'm doing and just burn the calories until the timer stops. Great motivation and challenging!!!🏋🏋🏋
It's simple. When I don't have time for a full workout, I can use my Tabata Timer app for a good, quick one. It's on my phone, ready, set, go!
I really liked how it counts down from 3 so you can hear. I also like how you can make your own time.
Only complaint is I wish I could put in how many exercises I'm going to do during one session so it will play seamlessly without having to start the timer every I switch up.
