Great printer, absolute HORRIBLE mobile app. To use the mobile app you have to scan a QR code to connect to the printer, which totally defeats the purpose of mobile printing. The printer from a PC is fast, crisp and efficient. This app would make printing and faxing easier if it worked properly. This app needs bug fixes and updates immediately. Otherwise it's useless.

Terrible. Had to turn on wifi and bluetooth for a WIRED ETHERNET Pantum M6552NW printer. This makes no sense at all. Worse yet, the print service doesn't work to print from amazon app, etc. There's no information out there to fix this problem. Pantum needs to make an Android Print Service driver apparently, or Pantum needs to tell its customers what print service driver to use with Android. Very annoying. 1 star

been using it for 2 years now someone complained about having to switch to the printer internet well it helps print stuff faster or you don't have to switch to the printer internet really good
