missing some basic functionality (search, layout tools) and the organization is bad. Typing interface is not good, and most fonts are not free. trying to push AI tools for image gen when those are not needed. needs a lot more free clip art and templates for normal things. we already bought the printer and are buying the paper rolls, don't try to upsell useless features or paywall basic functionality.

Glitchy at best. It works okay if you just have one line of text to print, but if I'm trying to print up a table of contents for something, it gives me issues when trying to do two text boxes beside each other. Even when using the exact same font in the exact same size, it will give me weird alignment issues on the print version even though everything is perfectly aligned before the print version. It will also change the text sizes even though they are exactly the same before the print.

my initial thoughts were that this thing would be cheap and gimmicky, but after using mine for about a year, I can say that this thing is one of the best little gadgets for a college student. it is quiet enough to use in lecture and it is quite fast. my only complaint is that it is somewhat lacking in print quality so you just have to print bigger. 10 out of 10, would buy again!
