I bought the printer expecting to be able to use it right out of the box, but the app is essentially paywalled. It feels like 98% of the useful features require a subscription, making the printer nearly useless without paying even more after you've already purchased the hardware. Even after subscribing, you're still hit with limits on how much you can actually use certain features. Customers shouldn't have to buy a printer and then pay an ongoing subscription just to access basic functions.

Not a huge fan. The home screen is so jumbled and busy. I got this printer to do invoices and pretty much that's all. There should be a way to customize your home screen so you don't have to see all of the templates and pre-made designs. Just not welcoming and messy looking. Such a shame as I, so far, like the printer. Hopefully, someone will listen and change some things around.

This thing is useless, the entire app is just an add, a ploy to just get you to PAY, you can't just use the printer for anything other than what they want you to PAY for. If you want to just make labels or something useful for anything around the home, you can't unless you PAY, you've already paid for the printer, that's not enough...now you have to PAY to use it. I now know why there are hundreds of these little printers, brand new and unopened waiting to go into the landfill.
