Great printer, absolute HORRIBLE mobile app. To use the mobile app you have to scan a QR code to connect to the printer, which totally defeats the purpose of mobile printing. The printer from a PC is fast, crisp and efficient. This app would make printing and faxing easier if it worked properly. This app needs bug fixes and updates immediately. Otherwise it's useless.

Terrible App. It doesn't say where the files that you scan saved. They are saved inside the android data folder instead of a more accessible place. So you cannot search for the files you scan and have to dig them manually or use the app sharing option. For those interested. The files are stored in android>data>com.pantum>files And you can see there the different folders of where they store it.

I've had two of these things and I regret each one deeply for the exact same reasons. hardly recognises the files, takes long, gives me foreign text that I cannot read, toner doesn't last long at all. just super disappointed all round. zero stars would not recommend. dealing with the grumpy woman at postnet is less painful
