weird rewards policy, if you wanna use your points by ordering online you have to spend 30 Sar, and if you choose the redeem at resturant option it doesn't work because of some bug in the app!

Poor experience. My order was late by more than 50 minutes. i filed 3 complaints and each customer service agent gave me a different response. i requested a refund which will take 5-10 days. Never ordering from the app ever again.

I placed an order through the App and received a pop-up message of order failure, stating refund will be processed within 2 working days. Customer Care Bot says refund in 30 Business days, Customer Services on Phone said refund in 5-7 working days. No order number no order records. Void to safe yourself from the husslement.
