I don't know why there are so many horrible reviews . It makes me wonder if they are written by papas competitors or something. I have had no issues as a pal receiving pay or with my app. The customer service is almost always prompt issues resolved within 10 minutes or less aside from a couple hour wait times In which I had the option for a return call. I ask the members I visit how they like it as well and haven't gotten a bad review yet. They all seem very happy and appreciative of their pals.

Worst app ever in the history of mankind. it logged me out, now I am not able to log back in my phone. Not able to log in for past almost a year now. And they cannot fix the issue or know how to fix it. Terrible member facing experience. Its been almost 2 years cant use the app. Not sure if thats what they want. I do not know what their Technology team does or read these reviews at all. Especially their CTO Craig Egg.

Very limited in support and resources, you have to make a 72 hour notice in order to get help. They don't do showering, bathing, incontinence care, and now depending on your health plan they cannot take you grocery shopping or take to you the library. I just heard that this weekend. I tried this app before, it did not work like it should.
