I have been trying to open this app for over a week now. Every time I do this it comes up with an error message that says Dear Customer Swan Connection Unstable. Renew Connection? (This may take up to 15 mins). We apologise for the inconvenience. It then asks me to cancel or Reset. I click reset and it does nothing and I can't go any further. Any advice as I'd really like to be able to use my alarm system from my phone.

I am not impressed with how shmuel managed to get the app to stop working for those who were connecting to it locally without using the Swan server. There is something hinky with the security of the app if this can be done without an update. If we are not using the swann server we should not have to pay a subscription fee Based on the reviews of the subscription service, direct IP with port forwarding is more reliable. I have been a paradox installer for well over 20 years, this sucks

It works when it works. When it doesn't work, it's very slow and laggy which seems to happen 50% of the time. Unfortunately, you only experience the app after you've installed the rest of the paradox ecosystem which seems to work well. Please do focus on upgrading your app. I've used apps like OAlarm in the past and it's really quick, intuitive and lag free.
