This is probably one of the worst banking apps I have ever used, after updating the app, it stopped working on my device, when I opened it, it closed immediately. I downloaded it on a friend's phone, and tried the forgot password option, after putting my transaction pin, it kept loading infinitely. It was very frustrating, I reached out to customer service and they couldn't help. They told me to keep trying

The interface of the app is great and easy to navigate but there are still some work to be done. The team should work to improve on the following aspects: 1. The app keeps logging you out while trying to perform transaction. 2. One can only view, retrieve and share receipt of the transfers you made. You cannot retrieve the receipt for credit, purchases and other transactions carried out. Please this should be looked into to allow the retrieve of other receipts. Thank you.

It's cute They polished it well, attractive interface. The most important thing they added on it is details of your account officer, his email address is there so you can contact him directly. And again options to request either verve or masters card.š but no option to request a loan. Customers should be able to get quick loans for emergency purposes.
