far this is the most useless bank I have ever used in my entire life. I collected their pos and it was smooth not until I make a withdrawal it was successful and I got debited I reached out and they refunded it without any explanation. then August 9 or 10 a customer wanted to make a transfer of 7,700 Nairsoa and mistakenly make 77k since then trying to refund the man but they kept writing failed till now all the sales I makes that day is stocked there with no help nothing.

This is probably one of the worst banking apps I have ever used, after updating the app, it stopped working on my device, when I opened it, it closed immediately. I downloaded it on a friend's phone, and tried the forgot password option, after putting my transaction pin, it kept loading infinitely. It was very frustrating, I reached out to customer service and they couldn't help. They told me to keep trying

It keeps asking the same security questions over and over again before one can log in. Doesn't have a lot of features too, doesn't save beneficiaries after a transaction. Overall, this app was poorly designed and in need of serious overhaul. Even with the update, the app rating is 3.7 which isn't good. There's a strike-through line on my account number and balance when I want to do transfer, making it impossible to send money. Kindly work on your app cos a lot is at stake here.
