About this app

Paratic is built for one thing: logging an expense in 3 seconds and keeping your monthly budget honest. No account, no ads, and your data never leaves your phone.

Why Paratic
• Type, pick a category, save. Adding an expense takes three taps, not a form.
• Monthly budget per category, with alerts at 80% and 100%.
• No sign-up, no ads, works fully offline. Everything stays on your device.
• The core is free forever. A Pro tier is planned for a later update; nothing is on sale yet.

Fast expense entry
A big keypad with inline plus and minus, comma or dot decimals, and the category preselected to the one you used last. The date defaults to today. Add a note, choose cash or card, save. Made a mistake? Tap Undo. Set up quick actions for the things you buy every day: coffee, transit, groceries.

Monthly budget and savings goals
Set a monthly limit per category. Progress bars turn amber at 80% and red at 100%, and you get a notification the moment you cross a threshold. A "safe to spend today" line divides what is left by the days left. Create a savings goal, add money as you go, and see how many days remain until the deadline.

Statistics and monthly reports
This month, last month, 3 months or this year: category breakdown, daily spending bars, top categories and a 6-month trend. The monthly report puts income, expenses, net and a comparison with last month on one screen. Short insights on the home screen ("Groceries are 32% above last month") describe your own data. No investment advice, ever.

Transactions and calendar
Every entry grouped by day with daily totals. Step through months, search, filter by income, expense or category. Switch to the calendar to see each day's total; tap a day to list its entries.

Reminders
An optional evening reminder at 21:00 (or any time you choose) to log the day; it stays quiet on days you already logged. A weekly summary on Sunday evening. Notification permission is requested only after your first save, and only if you say yes.

Backup and privacy
Export a JSON backup with one tap and send it wherever you like; restoring is just as easy. Delete all your data from Settings at any time. Paratic has no accounts, no analytics, and sends none of your records to any server run by the developer.

Privacy
Your transactions, budgets and goals are stored only on your phone. Exported files leave the app only through the Android share sheet, to the app you choose.

Paratic works as an expense tracker, a budget planner and a money manager for daily spending, monthly budgets and savings goals, completely offline.

You do not need to be an accountant to keep a budget. Install Paratic, log your first expense, and see where your money went at the end of the month.
