About this game

Every bin carries a stripe on its head, and every parcel has to land where that stripe allows.

THE SHIFT
A shift starts with parcels stacked in intake lanes and a row of bins waiting at the top of the yard. Tap a parcel, then tap the bin it belongs in, or long-press and drag it across. A bin that cannot take the parcel sends it back and the mistake is counted. Empty every lane and the shift is done.

TEN RACKS OF RULES
The 150 shifts are grouped into ten racks, and the yard grows stricter from one rack to the next:
01 Color Dock - one colour per bin
02 Symbol Lane - bins read the stamped symbol
03 Twin Rules - colour and symbol must both match
04 Fragile Bay - heavy parcels cannot follow fragile ones
05 Heavy Stack - weight limits and heavy-only bins
06 Hidden Labels - unlabelled parcels reveal themselves when moved
07 Buffer Shift - a tight bench forces the right order
08 Locked Bins - one bin waits for another to finish
09 Mixed Yard - colour, symbol, weight and fragile rules together
10 Master Sort - every rule at once

THE BUFFER BENCH
When a parcel has nowhere to go yet, park it on the buffer bench. A live status line shows how many parcels are sorted, how much room is left and roughly how many moves remain, and it warns when the board is heading for a dead end.

TOOLS ON THE FLOOR
✔ Undo takes back the last accepted move
✔ Hint names a sensible next move and explains the reason
✔ Restart resets the shift at any time
✔ The Rule Manual shows each rule with a worked example once it has been issued

STARS AND THE DOCKET
Each shift comes with a par, the move total the yard expects. Finish on par with nothing sent back for three stars. The shift docket records your moves against that par together with mistakes, difficulty, layout and bench trips, plus a one-line verdict on the run.

THE LEDGER
Shift Records keep running totals of shifts cleared and stars earned, a timestamped log of recent shifts, figures for each rack, a grade with a trend for your recent play, and a list of achievements. The Level Yard map shows every rack and the stars on each shift, and the Parcel Rack is a reference of the parcel types currently in circulation.

YARD SETTINGS
Visual effects, vibration and a dimmer Night shift tone are switched in Yard Control, where the shift log can also be cleared.

The Depot store in Yard Control lists supporter tickets: voluntary single Google Play purchases that leave every shift exactly as it is.
