About this game

A slate board, a stick of chalk and a plan for the next training session: this is a tactical sheet you can carry in your pocket. Pick a court, place the players, draw how they move and play the drill back one step at a time.

PICK A COURT
Six surfaces are ready to draw on: Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, a Hockey Grid and a Blank Court with a light measuring grid. Each template comes with a starting squad, so the first drill takes seconds to set up.

ON THE BOARD
▸ Place markers, routes, zones and cones from a single tool bar
▸ Drag any piece to reposition it, with undo and redo for every change
▸ A live readout counts markers, routes, zones and cones and points out problems, such as two players stacked on the same spot

PIECES AND SHAPES
The Marker Bench lists every piece on the board with its role (keeper, attacker, defender, pivot or ball), its jersey number and its team tone. Squad tools tidy the layout in one tap: untangle crowded markers, renumber the squad, split the players into two tones or mirror the whole shape. Ready-made starting shapes for each sport, such as Five out for basketball, can be stamped straight onto the court, and the bench tells you which shape the current layout reads as.

ROUTES THAT READ CLEARLY
Every route is a chain of control points with handles you drag on the board. Choose solid or dashed ink, straight or curved lines, and a movement type: run, pass, carry or screen. A pattern shelf stamps common runs onto the board, including straight run, slant, curl, out and up, and hook back.

STEP BY STEP
Break a drill into steps on the Sequence Rail. Add, duplicate, remove and reorder steps, trim idle ones, or cascade the drawn routes across the sequence so each phase shows only what happens next. Drill Playback then animates the whole sequence, which makes the movement easy to explain to a group.

YOUR PLAYBOOK
The Drill Book keeps every saved plan. Search by title (the search copes with typos and partial words), filter by sport, and sort by most recent, title or number of steps. Duplicate a drill to build a variation, rename it or remove it. Five sample drills are included to show what a finished plan looks like.

KEEPING IT SAFE
Boards are stored on your device. The Board Vault writes a local JSON backup inside the app with one tap, lists earlier backups and shows the size of your library. Two board tones are available: Slate board and Night pitch.
