The app doesn't change to language settings to English even though I've tried multiple times, confirmed that the settings are "saved", but whenever I go back to the app it's still in French. PLEASE FIX THIS as this is the only way to sign up for the mass participation race, and without the ability remotely understand what I'm supposed to do to earn that entry, this app is useless. And please don't ask me to contact you to fix it. Just fix it.

Changes don't save in settings. The app is in French. I selected English as my language when I signed up and it's still in French. When I go to the settings in Sports Heroes Connect and change my language to English, it does not save that setting and the app continues to be in French. I can't read or understand French so I can't understand anything in the app. It also keeps changing my birthdate when I log in to Sports Heroes Connect. Edit: Took screenshots and emailed them to you. Thank you.

As others have mentioned, changes made in the setting (default language French to English) and birthdate do not stick. Each time the app is started the language reverts back to French and the users birthdate is randomly changed to an earlier day. I am using the Android 13 OS on a Pixel 7 phone and other Android users have noticed these bugs. The iPhone app appears to be less buggy but they still occur. [and Hugo, no, I am not going to send this note via the app just to be ignored again.]
