I love the bus service and drivers, but the app itself is a little wonky sometimes. It will work eventually. Not every bus is equipped with passio, though almost all are. The warnings about route closings and changes are very helpful. Overall very pleased.

Highly recommend this for anyone in the Upper Cumberland Region. Free bus rides around town, allows for the bus schedule, and location to be followed.
